Most corporate headshots look like passport photos in better lighting. That's not what I do.
I'm Tom Trevatt, a headshot photographer based in London. I've spent the last five years shooting professional headshots for some of the biggest names in law, tech, and business — including a 530-person project for Freshfields and a 200+ person shoot across Snapchat's London and Oxford offices.
Whether you need one strong executive portrait or headshots for your whole company, my approach stays the same: take the time to get it right, and produce images your team will actually want to use.
Corporate Team Headshots
Getting on location corporate team headshots is a great way to add value to your business and show your important team members you care about them. Having professional headshots makes all the difference to your clients too! Showing them you care about the details as well as the big picture.
Your team is unique, so every quote will vary depending on the size, location and specific needs of your company, a successful quote is one made together. When emailing please give as much information as possible to work from to understand your needs. Often I might suggest a phone call to iron out the details.

Two ways to work with me
On-location I bring a full portable studio to your office — lights, backdrops, everything. Your team stays put, I come to you. I typically shoot around 10 minutes per person, running efficient back-to-back sessions throughout the day with minimal disruption. I can match an existing brand style or establish a fresh, consistent look across your whole team.
In-studio My studio is in Iliffe Yard, SE17 — a beautiful Victorian mews near Elephant & Castle. Multiple backdrops and lighting setups mean we can produce everything from clean white-background headshots to more environmental portraits with character. Great for smaller teams or individual executive sessions.
Both produce the same quality of result. We'll figure out what works best for your brief.
What’s included
Every corporate headshot session includes professional retouching — colour balance, exposure, light skin tidying — delivered to a standard that makes people look their best without looking over-processed. You'll receive high-resolution and web optimised JPEGs for print use and digital, delivered via a private gallery within ten working days. You can request super hi-res TIFF files at no extra charge should you want to print large.
For team shoots, I can work to your brand guidelines and match an existing photographic style for consistency across new and existing headshots. I'm also happy to co-ordinate with your marketing or HR team on scheduling, briefing, and logistics.
TEAM HEADSHOTS CASE STUDY
Freshfields
At the start of 2025, I was contracted to produce headshots for the entire London team at Freshfields — one of the world's leading law firms. Over 500 people. Fifty shoot days.
Working with a team of hair and makeup artists and assistants, we ran back-to-back sessions across the London office, producing two distinct styles of image: clean, on-brand headshots for Associates, and more considered environmental portraits for Partners — shot in context, showing them in their space.
The logistical challenge was significant. Coordinating that volume of people across that many days, while maintaining absolute consistency of style and quality from day one to day fifty, required detailed planning and a process that could flex without compromising the result.
The images are now live across Freshfields' website, LinkedIn profiles, and internal communications.
Not only did I shoot their London offices, I co-ordinated other headshot photographers around the world to maintain consistency and high quality deliverables.
TEAM HEADSHOTS CASE STUDY
Snapchat
Snapchat needed professional headshots for over 200 employees across two offices — London and Oxford — in a way that worked around their teams rather than disrupting them.
I ran on-location sessions at both sites, bringing a full portable studio setup to each office. The brief was to capture headshots that felt consistent across the whole company while still reflecting the individual personalities of the people in them — not an easy balance in corporate photography, but one that matters. Snapchat's brand is built around authenticity and self-expression, and their team headshots needed to feel the same way.
The result was a cohesive set of images that works across their website, internal directories, and LinkedIn — shot on their turf, on their timeline.

Corporate Headshot Pricing.
Every team shoot is different, so every quote is tailored. Team size, location, number of images per person, and any specific requirements all affect the investment.
As a guide, my pricing starts at £120-£200/person for teams of 10 or more.
For larger projects — departments, whole-company shoots, multi-site sessions — get in touch with the details and I'll put together a proposal.
Many clients choose to include hair and makeup, add on contextual portraits in their offices, and multiple setups - we are happy to tailor a quote for you.
Individual executive headshot sessions start from £400, with images at £80 each.

FAQs
Can you match our existing headshot style? Yes. If you have brand guidelines, an existing background colour, or a specific look you want to maintain for new starters, send me examples and I'll replicate it as closely as possible.
How long will a team session take? I typically work through around 10 minutes per person for on-location sessions. A team of 20 takes roughly a morning or afternoon including setup. For larger teams I'll run sessions across multiple days — we'll plan this together.
Do you travel outside London? Yes, though there may be additional travel costs for locations outside Greater London. Get in touch and we'll work it out.
How far ahead should we book? I'd recommend at least 4–6 weeks ahead for team shoots, and 2 months ahead for larger company projects. I take on a limited number of corporate sessions each month.
What do people need to prepare? I send a simple briefing guide ahead of every shoot covering clothing advice, what to expect, and how to make the most of the session. Plain, solid colours tend to work best — I'll go into more detail in the guide.
Do you only shoot on-location, or can teams come to your studio? Both. My studio in Iliffe Yard, SE17 is well set up for smaller teams. For anything over 10–15 people, on-location usually works better logistically.
